Poster Information

Poster Sessions

Poster sessions will be held on Friday evening and Saturday. Poster presenters should be available to explain their research and answer questions.

Poster Guidelines

Poster Dimensions

  • All posters must fit into a space that is 4 feet wide x 4 feet high. Velcro will be provided for displaying your poster.

    • Poster Set-up, Presentation and Removal

  • Set-up is on Friday afternoon for Friday evening presentations, and after 8:00 AM on Saturday morning for Saturday presentations.
  • Removal of posters is immediately following each day's presentations

    • Best Poster Awards

    Judges will announce awards for best posters on Saturday evening.
